IMPORTANT ADVICE: If you are in Australia and would like to purchase authentic Kymdan mattresses, you should purchase directly from KYMDAN (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD through our official website or contact Kymdan Vietnam through for assistance. Kymdan mattresses will be packaged accordingly following proper Australian standards, are covered under the manufacturer's 15-year warranty.

You should not package a Kymdan mattress by yourself and hire a separate courier service to ship a Kymdan mattress from Vietnam to Australia. Many shipping companies wanting to cut down on expenses will intentionally (whether with or without your knowledge and agreement) remove Kymdan’s packaging and repackage the mattress/es by rolling, folding, compressing, and squeezing to reduce storage volume during shipping. Such conditions will cause damage to the mattress after extended periods and can cause odor contamination from other products stored together during shipping.

Kymdan will not provide warranty for damaged or odor contaminated mattresses that were shipped through a separate courier service.

How to make a warranty claim :

  1. Required Documents

Ensure that you have all proof of purchase documents as well as your warranty certificate.

  1. Your product and its foundation

Understand what type of foundation you are using your mattress on. E.g. A bed frame (take note of the bed slats), a box spring base, a mattress foundation or the floor.

  1. Warranty number of the product

The warranty number is printed on the mattress label.

  1. File your Warranty Claim

When you have collected all the required documents and information from steps 1, 2 and 3, you are now ready to make a warranty claim. Please file your claim by emailing us at or calling 1300 596326. Warranty is only provided to products purchase directly from Kymdan (Australia) PTY LTD or an authorized retailer.
